The Fellowship is the start of an exciting new chapter in your career. It opens the door to a career with a range of international agencies, NGOs, development consultancies and governmental organisations.

Statistics from the 2018 recruitment:

  • The Fellowship received 75 applicants for five advertised posts: over half of the applicants from the ‘global South’, 55 per cent were women;
  • The Fellowship Programme Staff conducted 31 first round interviews and 20 panel interviews: 65 per cent from the ‘global south’ and over half were women;
  • Governments selected five Fellows: applicants come from Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Nepal and India; two are women and three are men.
