We are offering an interesting and exciting opportunity to work as a Programme Officer in our dynamic and fun team, where you will provide key operational support to the programme through administrative, logistical and financial. You will work closely with the Fellowship Programme Manager to ensure the high-quality delivery of the programme to scope, on time and within budget. The Fellowship Programme Officer is a role integral to the successful delivery and growth of the programme.
You will have high calibre organisational and problem-solving skills, and an analytical and dynamic approach to programme coordination. You will work closely with the Programme Manager to support the Fellowship in its annual cycle: engagement with government partners, recruitment of Fellows, planning of the Annual Meeting and deployment of Fellows.
Skills and experience
You will have demonstrated experience working on large, complex project administration, and a strong desire to learn and develop.
This is a permanent full-time position, based in Oxford, UK. In order to be considered for this vacancy, you must have the current right to work in the UK.
Due to the Fellowship Team’s work travel schedule, we are looking to hold first stage interviews in the week commencing 20th August and final interviews in the week commencing 10th September.
